Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js / React) (UK Onsite)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Node.js and React.
• Architect robust backend and frontend solutions for high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with product management and UX/UI teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, ensure code quality, and implement testing strategies.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to optimize development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full stack development experience with Node.js and React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Redux, and Node.js (Express).
• Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, Apollo Client/Server, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience mentoring technical teams or contributing to open-source projects.
